Sorry it's been nearly a month since the page has been updated. Things have been a little crazy around here. Two weeks ago Annelies and I spent a week down at the beach with my parents; they had rented a house. Annelies loved the attention and I loved the breaks that I got! She loves the beach and had a great time playing in the sand and swimming.
Last week was a bit of a pressure cooker because we were searching for a new apartment. Because we had such an easy time finding this place, we never thought that something similar, with only 2 bedrooms would be such a struggle to find. In the end, though, we have a place to go on September 1st. It is still in Watertown; I'm glad to be staying close to new friends and familiar surroundings. Now all we have to do is pack up this place- yikes!
This weekend we saw The Bourne Ultimatum- the first time we've been to the cinema in just about a year- hard to believe! On Sunday we got to spend some time with my friend Jess up at her aunt's lake house in New Hampshire. It was a perfect day for swimming, tubing and catching up.
Annelies continues to delight us each day. She now has four teeth, two on the bottom and two top ones- they are quite adorable (though hard to photograph- i'll try to get a pic soon). Enjoy the pics below, and I'll try to have some more up soon.
We hope all is well in your corner of the world!
