End of May Update

Hi everyone, Things with the Brinks are going well. Last weekend we went to a wedding in Pennsylvania. The girls travelled really well and a good time was had by all. Elin had her 2 month check-up on Monday. She's now 13lbs 10oz and a little over 24 inches long- she's measuring like a four month old at this point! She's all smiles these days and she loves to 'talk' to us about all the things she sees Annelies doing :) Annelies is still loving her swimming lessons and is talking more and more now. New words include Auntie, Abby, appel and aap- notice the 'a' trend :) The two slideshows below are from various things over the course of May and the four pictures were some of my favorites from last weekend. Hi Everyone! I can't believe how quickly time is passing. Elin was 6 weeks old yesterday! She's getting so big- at her 1 month check up she was nearly 12 pounds. She's also awake a little more each day and loves to brighten our day with her smiles. She continues to be a great sleeper at night, so we are all able to get the rest we need :) Annelies is doing well, too. Her latest activity is swimming lessons with Nana on Tuesday mornings. At her first lesson she took about 20 minutes to get into the water (the class is 30), but once she was in she loved it; and this week she went right in without a problem. She really has a blast when she's in there. I think I've finally got the hang of being out and about with 2- we've been to watch two of Katie's tennis matches, went to Dutch playgroup last week and manage to get to the park on the nice days. Hans has been managing to get home a bit earlier these days, and we're all enjoying that. We've been keeping busy with Red Sox season and the Celtics playoff games- exciting stuff!
