Happy to be Home

Hi Everyone, Elin and I came home from the hospital on Saturday morning. Things are going well so far. I've been feeling good and have been able to get some rest while Annelies and papa get some quality time together. Elin has been great, she's a pretty easy going baby and has been nursing well and letting us get some sleep at night, too! We head to the doctor tomorrowfor her first check-up, so we'll keep you posted on that.

Easter

We all know how much Annelies loves to sit still for pictures- ha!- so you'll have to catch a few glimpses of her Easter dress in action. We hope everyone had a lovely Easter weekend. Still no baby news for you, be sure to check back as we're hoping it will be soon!

Mid-March

Hi all, We're just waiting here in Watertown for the arrival of our second little bundle of joy. I had an appointment today and we think it will be at least a couple more days, though you never know with these things :) The pics in the album below are from the last few days. A lot of close ups and Annelies playing at the library. The story time wasn't a big success (she was really too little), but playing around in the room afterwards was. Hope everyone had a good St. Patrick's Day and that all is well in your corner of the world! Love, The Brinks

38 Weeks!

Hi Everyone, Well we are in March- can't believe it's here already. Baby #2 is due in just 15 days- so really it could be any time now! I think that we're just about as prepared as we can be. Annelies is doing well. She's becoming more and more vocal, though not too many new "real" words. She had her first sleepover at nana and grandpa's on Saturday night and did really well with that. It was nice to go out to dinner and not have to wake up at 6:00 the next morning! Hans is also doing well- working hard, as usual. We hope that all is well in your corner of the world. Stay tuned for the latest news.... :)
